Knowing More About Nutrition For Seniors

Malnutrition among seniors is unfortunately far too rampant, and a balanced diet plays a crucial role in the health, independence, and quality of life for the elderly. Improper diet causes drastic weight loss, weakness, detriment to the immune system, increased frailty and debilitation.

Maybe navigating around your kitchen is getting difficult, or you are just not interested in cooking a big meal by yourself.
